It was a flawless experience from start to finish. Marie and the Renew team guided me through the initial process all the way to Tijuana. They were even readily available my entire time in Tijuana. They even check on me now that I’m home. The hospital was great and the staff was even better. My Drs were the best and wete always available to answer questions even after I got home. Shout out to Dr Pérez and my other surgeon I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name. He was getting ready to go on spring break. The teo of them are awesome. The only thing I would change would be the la gauge barrier

My experience with Renew Bariatrics was a 5/5 from start to finish. My plus one and I were first-time flyers and it was also our first time traveling to Mexico. We didn’t realize we had to check in for our flight and missed the deadline, and I was completely overwhelmed. The Renew Bariatrics travel coordinators immediately reassured me and rescheduled us for the next day with no issue.Once we arrived in San Diego, our driver picked us up as planned and everything ran smoothly from there. From the moment I first spoke to renew I knew this would be the bariatric team I would choose. The coordinators are professional, and extremely easy to work with. They are very knowledgeable and accommodating. My surgeon Doctor Perez was nothing short of incredible. He made sure I was explained the procedure thoroughly before even bringing me back. The hospital staff are amazing. They were very attentive, and always making sure not only myself but my companion were comfortable. Discharge from the hospital was a breeze.
