BEST DECISION EVER! Surgery 2/7/25 This entire roller coaster of a journey has been so emotional for me. From not feeling, I was a candidate for the surgery due to my lower weight status to finally going and meeting all the other incredible patients that are on the same journey. I had surgery at Pompeii Surgical Center in Tijuana, Mexico on May 17th, 2025 and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the nursing and support staff were more than capable—extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely supportive throughout my entire stay. They made sure I felt comfortable, informed, and cared for every step of the way. Both the Recovery Center and the Surgery Center were exceptionally clean, modern, and up-to-date, which gave me great peace of mind. The facilities were clearly well-maintained, creating a safe and calming environment.

I was referred to Pompeii by a few friends. I don’t think I would have chosen them on my own because Mexico has SO many options. I booked my surgery and paid nothing up front. Sent them my plane ticket confirmation. To confirm my apt. I went by myself and honestly the whole experience was amazing! I would do it again in a heart. My only complaint is I do feel they are higher priced than anywhere else. But I do feel the care I received does make sense to why they are on the higher end. Dr S was outstanding and I’ve had ZERO complications. Truly so glad I went here.

Wow...this facility is truly a blessing to anyone whose looking to take charge of their health. From the first call inquiring about services, Ricky my coordinator was all hands on deck. He scheduled and guided me till the very last day. I went alone and was extremely anxious. The surgeon was very friendly and extremely professional. Dr 'golden boy' held my hand as I was going under and came to when the procedure was over-didnt feel a single thing! Just like that the surgery was over. I'm not sure where to start. I guess I will start with the absolutely wonderful staff. Everyone at Pompeii was exceptional. They were caring and attentive. I was there in 10/29/21 for revision surgery. I could not have asked for better care. They take care of everything. You worry about nothing. From the beginning to end, they have it covered. From spa services to your food going home, they have thought it through. If you are thinking about going to Pompeii, do it. The Dr.'s are highly trained. They truly care about your success, as does everyone at Pompeii.
