From beginning to end, everything was flawless. I had my gastric sleeve on March 31st 2026 with Dr Cazares. I had no pain, NONE. My incisions are small and healing well. I had minimal post surgical weakness and traveled by plane without issues. Andre was my contact person from day one and is honestly the nicest, most polite person I’ve met in a long time. Mexico bariatric services outdid my expectations. I had a wonderful case manager Cyrel.  She was in constant communication with me and answered all of my questions to the very end of my arrival. The transport from the airport across the border to the hotel I felt very safe and the driver was very professional. The hospital itself inside the hotel was extremely clean and the doctors were very attentive to the best they could with English. LIMARP,   Also had a case manager for you at the hospital to take you there and bring you back to your room. I recommend highly. You could not get any better
