Traveled with my wife here during the pandemic and felt safe and happy the whole time. Surgery was great and fast and we checked out the town around the Hospital. Very clean place and everyone here is friendly and helpful. I wanted to order food but could not because of the language barrier but the nurse offered to do it for me for absolutely nothing. Fantastic place to take someone you love to have a better life. Dr. Betancourt loves what he does and takes a lot of pride in his business its not just a way to pay bills and live its a passion for him. Cool man.

Best Hospital, very clean, amazing nurses and the doctors are incredible. Dr. Betancourt is an amazing dr, he is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients well being. I feel at home and 100% safe with him as my Dr. He did my Gastric sleeve almost 3 years ago and I can't wait to go for my plastic surgery this summer. Thank you Dr. Betancourt for changing my life for the better.

I traveled to Hospital Jerusalem in July 2020 and was met with exceptional care and compassion. The facility is top of the line clean and free from clutter. The staff are better than any nurses or doctors I have ever encountered in my life. Surgery time was less than 2 hours and I was up and walking to visit the beach shortly after. The driver let us stop for food and drinks before getting to the facility which was awesome. I will be going back for plastics soon enough. I can't recommend this place enough. Safe, Clean, Friendly, Knowledgeable, Caring, Affordable, Fabulous experience.

Dr B and his staff are amazing. There can be a little bit of a language barrier at times but I recommend downloading google translate. The nurses and care staff are the sweetest women. Nurse Emelda is an absolute doll and took care of me like a second mom. I had gastric sleeve and my breast implants put in, 2017. Then summer of 2020 a tummy tuck. I feel Great! Overall the hospital is clean, just be sure to bring an extra pillow and towels of your liking. I recommend wash clothes. He’s professional, kind, and makes you feel welcome and safe. I had the gastric sleeve. My experience was great, the facility was modern an clean. The staff was very attentive and professional. Dr Bentacourt was very courteous and had great knowledge about the procedure. I was never in pain and all my needs were attended. I will recommend the facility and Dr., previous to having procedure a did a great deal of research.
