Wonderful from start to finish! They walked us through every step of the process, picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at the airport. The entire staff was top notch! I am SO glad I chose Go Light for my surgery. Everything you need is at the complex of the hotel Quartz and the hospital. I received such amazing care from everyone involved. I'm so happy that I chose to go to Tijuana instead of having surgery in the states.

My experience was amazing! The Nurses and the Coordinators were pleasant and attentive. Everyone treated me very well. The hotel and hospital rooms are immaculate! I love my little welcome packet given to me with the plush and protein shakes. :) If I had to say one thing, the day before surgery when I was taken to do my bloodwork at the lab I struggled a liitle because the facilitator didn't accompany me in the back to assist with translation. However, I am not sure if she even was supposed to. She did help me to book a great tour while in Mexico though. My experience with Go Light was top t

The Go Light Team in Tijuana took such great care of us from the airport coming and returning home. We had someone meet us at our Hotel/Spa who took care of all our needs, helped translate at hotel and was in constant contact with us the ENTIRE time. It was so wonderful to be treated so very kindly and with such compassion. I still get messages from the team today asking how I am doing. I felt like royalty really. I had a gastric sleeve surgery with Dr. H on November 30, 2024. Everything and everyone has gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, safe , secure and very pampered!! From our driver to every wonderful person we came in contact with throughout our entire stay has been wonderful. They have this down to a science and they work very hard to keep it that way! It is very comforting to be kept aware of everything that is going on with your process!!!! I would absolutely highly recommend GoLight Bariatrics, The Quartz Hotel and New City Hospital!!
