Friendly surgeon. Horrible and most traumatic experience. The lady who claims this establishment as her business was rude, disrespectful and basically took 1,450 dollars with not a good reason. I didn’t have the surgery I came for, called me a liar, I was much fatter in person and then said I wasent getting paying for her staff because she takes care of HER people. I literally had a nervous breakdown with no compassion whatsoever. I felt an immediate urge to leave and get back across the border as quickly as possible. Besides a few kind people the rest were unprofessional and seemed very rude

My experience of having the gastric sleeve with Dr. Miguel Navarro was amazing! I originally set up surgery with another surgeon but things didn't turn out right and I wasn't comfortable with the situation. Unfortunately I had already took time off from work, booked my flights and had the operating room booked. I found Dr. Navarro and he immediately put me at ease. If I can give Dr. Navarro and his staff 10 stars I would. I’m definitely glad I chose him as my surgeon for the most important surgery that would change my life. Everything was included with hotel and transportation. I did not have to struggle one bit booking my surgery with them to get around or what was going to be my next step. They literally had everything planned out for me. The nurses and doctors there are absolutely amazing during your pre ops and post operation. Dr Navarro and his team are truly world class. I started working with his team about 2 months before my surgery, asking lots and lots of questions; he was patient with me, kind, understanding & overall he made the experience so much easier for me. I got my surgery on Monday the 16 of September 2019 and returned to work the following Monday. No vomiting or nausea no bad symptoms of any kind. They took great care of me, and as scare as I was to go out of the country to get medical help it couldn't of gone any better. I'm down 10 pound in my first week and still in contact with the nutritionist Dr. Navarro provide. Overall very happy and thankful with the Dr. Navarro and everyone at the hospital that took care of me. Cant forgot the driver and the recovery house.
